It occurs to me that the answer to that question can vary greatly from day to day and even from moment to moment.
From a limited perspective, it may seem that life IS stressful or beautiful or whatever adjective we may choose for our answer of the day. However, I think it’s more accurate to say that how we answer that question is indicative of which aspects of life we’re allowing ourselves to see and experience.
For instance, if I start my morning with the news, e-mail and other noisy activities, my life is frazzled and unfulfilling. If I start my morning with yoga, meditation and writing, my life is glorious. Same life; completely different experience of it.
It is sometimes astonishing to realize just how much power we DO hold over the way that we experience life.
. . . Such small tweaks to open ourselves to seeing and experiencing a life of Radical Blessings.
Very true! Makes a cnhage to see someone spell it out like that.
